A long, sweet yellow banana capsicum. It is a mild, medium-sized chilli pepper with a sweet and slightly tangy taste. They have little to no heat and and mature to red if left to ripen.

How to use them:
They can be enjoyed fresh, grilled or pickled. Either chop them up and add straight to your salad or salsa, add to your next stirfry or cut into rings and add to your pizza. Their long pods make them perfect for stuffing or grilling too. They are also a popular choice for preserving.
